Log into your Oaksoho account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to begin the return process.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
